You can use a TikTok video for different reasons, whether personal or professional use. You can share life’s milestones and important information with your family and friends. Because their mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy, you can also create TikTok videos to help you engage your audience for your business: products or services.

1. Download the TikTok app on your mobile device. Install the TikTok app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

2. Sign up for an account.

3. Create a new video by clicking the “+” icon at the bottom of the screen.

4. Two options for video: upload a video from a phone or record a video.

Upload a video from your phone:

Click upload at the bottom right of the screen.

Select solo or multiple videos. Click “Next.”

Record a video:

Click and hold the red button at the bottom of the screen. You can do one video or video in segments.

5. Select sound, filters, stickers, and effects.

6. Edit and trim clips and add text, emojis, and voiceovers when needed.

7. Choose a cover image and add text title, description, hashtags, tag people, add location, and set privacy and links.

8. Click the post button at the bottom right of the screen.
